We’re thrilled to announce that Phase 1 of Napa Vault is complete and construction of Phase 2 is already underway. Check out this awesome time-lapse video (provided by our friends at DesCor Builders) of the walls being tilted up for one of the buildings in Phase 2.

We’re excited to move into this next phase of the Napa Vault master plan for a variety of reasons. For starters, we’re early enough in the construction of Phase 2 that we can provide prospective owners with the ability to customize the size and shape of their space, securing as much as +/-10,000 SF in the process. This makes Phase 2 especially ideal for anyone who needs a larger, warehouse type of space, whether you’re storing equipment and packaging materials for your world-class winery or excess business inventory. Of course, it’s also ideal for larger car and vehicle collections as well.

When you become an owner at Napa Vault, you can add upgrades to your storage space such as ceiling fans, exhaust fans, enhanced floor finishes and air conditioning units. You’ll also have 24/7 access to our shared community amenities, including the Owners Clubhouse, restrooms, showers, RV dump and water fill station, commercial air and vacuum center, electric vehicle charging and more.

Completion of Phase 2 construction is slated for January 2023, but you can always keep an eye on what’s happening here by viewing our webcam.
